This is not an issue with Firefox for Android, but I will try to help.

Along the side of your phone, you should find a long button, one end possibly marked "+" and the other "-". Press the "+" end to turn the volume up when you are watching a video. They may also (depending on the website) also be an on screen volume control you can adjust.
