I have latest version of Firefox have had no problems before.

I use netzero .net for email and have for years with no problems. Now everytime I try to access netzero for e-mails I get Bad Request Your Browser sent a request that this could not understand. Size of a request Header exceeds server limit.

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies. Clear the cache and remove the cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences). "Clear the cache: Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
