Harmony Web Protection shows in the list of your installed extensions from about:support, so you must have installed it.

I did not put it on my FireFox but I do see a comment that Centerpoint is the creator of this extension. Centerpoint is the creator of my virus protection that I just updated. I'm trying to get a hold of them to ask about it.
