My emails get flagged as spam
Our business emails get often flagged as spam and therefore often our clients don't know that we have send them our project progress. Is there a way to prevent this?

This isn't a Thunderbird issue, but I respect the problem. A common problem is for self-hosted domains, where the hosting server does not have the account properly secured. Issues such as content, wording, sending IP address, and server security all roll into the issue. For more info, I suggest you try a search engine with a search such as

I did that and a number of helpful websites popped up.
