After the update to 128.5.1esr the browser restarted and it had the default search providers again. Why??? I was not prompted to approve it, there was no notification either. This is the st*pid sh*t which pushes users away from Firefox.

I absolutely hate Bing in the first place.

FYI this is forum user help not the Development team support ticket posting. Firefox default install comes with standard search engine one the first page open. If you want different search engine to use you need to make it the homepage when launching the browser.
