I'm using Vista with Yahoo mail and Firefox 3.6.12. Recently Yahoo have started to put larger and larger java script ads on my FireFox homepage. If I disable java then other web pages do not operate correctly, so is there a way of just stopping jave just on the homepage?

If you want to block advertisements, the usual method of doing that is with an adblocker.
