one of the plugins crashes, to restore functionality, i force-quit then reopen firefox

i asked for help here figuring out which plugin it was and got a number of different solutions, some i managed, some totally sounded like something i need to hire a tech to do.

at any rate, none of the things that i tried worked, so i'm still using force-close

but now when i reopen the browser, it does not give me the option to restore pages that had been open when i forced it to close.
