Since the 3.6.13 Upgrade, the Firefox browser "locks" and will not me to close or access the Task Manager to close the program. A message stating "The Program cannot be closed as it is being "debugged". HUH! This has not happened until 3.6.13 Update was added on 12-29-2010. FYI - Waiting does not resolve the problem at all!

Our System is Windows 2000 Pro, Service Pack 4, Up to Date MS Security updates.
