I installed Firefox 4 on Win Vista. The navigation toobar shows up with the navigation arrows on it and they work fine but the tab next to the arrows that allows one to go back multiple pages is not which makes going back to a main page after reading long articles on the internet more difficult. I was working off of the CNN SI sports page when I noticed this problem.

Not sure what you mean by "tab next to arrows".
If I understood you correctly, you are wondering about ways to navigate back to the pages you have previously visited using the back navigation button. In Firefox 4, there are 2 ways of doing this. One is to right-click on the Back navigation button. Second is to click but not release the mouse and keep it pressed. In both cases, you will see the list of websites that you have visited previously.
