I can't access videos on web sites. I get a message saying that the video is temporarily unavailable. I can access them on Internet Explorer though.

Try running Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode. If it works in that configuration, then one of your add-ons is the culprit.
