I am really frustrated. Your instructions from the support page said to correct this problem, I should open Firefox in "safe mode". I can open Windows XP in "safe mode" although I am afraid to go in there. I cannot open Firefox, how am I expected to go to it's safe mode.

If you have 50 people with this problem, why have you not done something to warn us not to download the add-on or do whatever it is that is the cause of this problem?

You can hold down the Shift key and double click the Firefox desktop icon to start Firefox in Safe mode.
