How do I change tab color and link rollover appearance?

I'm using Mozilla 4 and would prefer not to have these new features, which I find visually distracting:

  • the new tab color (foreground is light, background tabs and "plus" tab button are dark). I would prefer all tabs to be the same light color as they were in previous versions.
  • the rollover feature in which the bottom bar of the browser is gone, and when you rollover a link, the address pops up all alone on the bottom of the screen. I would prefer there to be a bottom bar to display this information.

Any information on how to make these changes (or, I suppose, throwbacks to the old design) would be appreciated.

Thanks.
