Flash plugin works fine, but videos dont load in youtube, it stays black and wont load the video controls o load the video at all. They work in the TED webpage and Vimeo just fine. Im running windows 7 pro, which i just installed

Try clearing the Cache in Firefox.

Tools-> Clear Recent History -> [v] Cache 

or

Tools->Options->Advanced->Network -> Offline storage -> [Clear Now]

Youtube may have made some changes recently. Clear the Youtube cookie and refresh page if above does not do it.
