I have two computers. Both have Windows 7. When opening Firefox on one computer the tabs are at the very top of the screen. On the second computer there is a gap between the tabs and top of the screen. I would like to have the tabs at the very top of the screen on both computers but cannot find a setting to allow this.

You only get the tab bar in the title bar if the screen is maximized (Alt+Space > Maximize or click the Maximize button).
