I'm a current University of Manitoba student, using JUMP, and would like to copy text from a Mac TextEdit document into the e-mail message, so I don't have to write it all over again. They keep telling me that I have to add a 'user.js' profile, but my Mac won't let me, and tells me that it has to be .rtf. What do I do?

Just to explain, I follow the prompts (a link automatically pops up) and it tells me about a directory, which is easy enough. However, it says if I don't have a user.js folder, to create one. I tried, it says something like it can only be saved .rtf, not. js? Did I do something wrong?
