We use CAVA K12 on line school for my daughter. They limit you to IE 8 or earlier, or Firefox 3.6. I have a new Windows 7 which only uses IE9 or above or FF 3.6. Firefox 4.0 and above does not work.

I like firefox, and want the latest version benefits, so, can I have the 2 versions of FF installed 3.6 and 8.0 on Win 7 laptop ? Or Is there a way to get FF 8 to emulate FF 3.6 ?

Yes, you can install two Firefox versions. You can install Firefox 3.6 in portable mode and install Firefox 8.0 in normal mode.

Install Firefox 8.0. Now download Firefox 3.6 portable from http://downloads.sourceforge.net/portableapps/FirefoxPortableLegacy36_3.6.24_English.paf.exe?download and install it.
