Firefox welcome page opens up prior to my homepage everytime I open Firefox. Once is enough!! How do I get rid of this "feature"?
This happened after I upgraded to Firefox 9.0. Previously you would only see this welcome page the first time you open Firefox and then it would stop.

Eliminating the offending files worked (thanks to everyone who responded). A sideline of this is that Firefox is now much faster when it comes to opening other webpages (which I've noticed other users have had problems with).
