I am using a signed applet, and after upgrading to FF10 whenever I click on an area of the applet it makes the location and search bar unfocusable, on all tabs. Pressing Windows-Tab fixes this until I click in the applet again. Oddly, there is a button on the applet which brings up a file chooser, and that also briefly corrects the issue. Have downgraded to FF9 for now.

Sounds like this bug that will be fixed in Firefox 10.0.1, possibly released later this week.
