Yes, simply save the installer to disk and then burn it to CD (or save it on a USB flash drive). You can choose your precise language and operating system from this page:

That should be no problem. Just take care to obtain the Firefox Installer applicable for the target device, and not the one for the downloading device. If however you are downloading on a Windows XP laptop, and using Firefox on a Windows7 64 bit desktop computer the firefox installer for both will be identical.
