When I open moxilla it disconnects RealPlayer, so that I cannot watch video programs. How can I fix it?

I have been using Mozilla for a long time and never had a problem before, now I open the web-browser and when I try to connect with a site (page) where I watch a video program (i.e., Democracy Now), the video is not working. When I open the same page on Explorer I can watch the video with no difficulty. I already up-loaded, and re-uploaded, real player twice, it fixes the problem for the session but it stops working again the next time I open firefox.

This can be caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update.
