When I go to the Download page for Linux, it just has the 32-bit version. Of course I'm running 64-bit Linux so I don't want to run 32-bit Firefox.

Linking to Fx 20.0 as the 20.0.1 was a update for Windows users.

The first link is only to en-US when I linked to 64-bit builds of all locals they support. Also the third-party site are linking to the not needed 20.0.1 build instead of 20.0

I do believe the Op knows how to install Firefox, just wanted to know where to find the 64-bit Linux builds of Firefox from Mozilla as they do not make them as easy to find as the 32-bit builds.

This website (techspot.com) does have a link to download 64-bit Firefox, but I feel it should be possible to download it from a mozilla.org page.

Always download Firefox from the Mozilla servers.
