After downloading & installing Firefox 24.0, after restart it is still 23.0, why? I keep getting a message to update.
I get the message to update Firefox 23.0 by downloading and installing Firefox 24.0. I do that and restart Firefox but it is still version 23.0.1 and I get another message to update Firefox to version 24 again.

You can find the full version of the latest Firefox 24.0 release in all languages and for all Operating Systems here:
Download and save the Firefox installer to the desktop and start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon.
You must go to the site and select the language for the download. The message to update Firefox with the link does not work. It should be easier than this.
By default Firefox is set to update automatically, no need for user involvement. And if there is a problem with Firefox not updating automatically, the user can open Help > About Firefox to trigger a check for updates, and automatically download and install the update.
