I have window XP Sp3 which you do not list as a compatible system with Firefox 24 while you do list XP SP2. I have Firefox 24 as it was offered to me as an update and assumed that if you were suggesting it then it was compatible. I get many unresponsive plugin message and other problem and wonder what problem you have discovered exist and what advice for me. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Hello axyun,

The System Requirements says its compatible with XP SP2, nothing is mentioned about uncompatibility with XP SP3.

Moreover if you are getting problem with the plugins then please try to update them, as well as also see this:

This only means that Firefox won't work with Windows XP and service pack 1 (you can see this as a minimum).
It should work fine with XP SP3.

Do you have any problems with running Firefox?
