since updating to ver 25 FF crashes every time I try to print from it
when I click on FF...print....print or ff...print...print preview all I get is the hourglass and then FF freezes(not responding) every time. Never had this problem before update. Even when in Gmail if I click on Gmails print icon, same thing happens. I use win 7 home premium on my Dell desktop. IE prints ok.

There are no recent crash reports. I believe this is because FF does not show it crashed so I would have the option to send a crash report. It just sits there with the print dialog box open, the hour-glass, and in the top line of FF it adds (not responding). The only way I can close it is to use windows task manager.
Try the Firefox SafeMode to see how it works there.
A troubleshooting mode, which disables most Add-ons.
Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Firefox SafeMode
When in Safe Mode...
- The status of plug-ins is not affected.
- Custom preferences are not affected.
- All extensions are disabled.
- The default theme is used, without a persona.
- userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored.
- The default toolbar layout is used.
- The JIT Javascript compiler is disabled.
- Hardware acceleration is disabled.
- You can open the Firefox 15.0+ SafeMode by holding the Shft key when you use the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
- Or use the Help menu item, click on Restart with Add-ons Disabled... while Firefox is running.
To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before using the Firefox shortcut (without the Shft key) to open it again.
thanks for the suggestion Edmeister. I opened FF in safe mode and when I try to print or even print preview it still doesn't work. It acts exactly the same as I described above..
