We're sorry to hear that your Firefox seems to be crashing when you open it. Please perform the following steps to give us a crash report ID that helps us find out more about the cause of the crash.
- Press the following shortcut to get a Run window: [Windows] + [R]. This should bring up a window that contains a text field.
- In that text field, enter %APPDATA% and press Enter. An explorer window should open.
- From that explorer window, double-click on the Mozilla folder, then double-click on Firefox and then on Crash reports. Double-click on submitted.
- Now, you should see a list of files that contain reports. Go to View > Arrange Icons by > Modified to get the most recent files at the top of the window.
- Open the most recent 5 files with a text editor and copy the IDs.
- Paste each ID with bp- into the reply window on the forums.
If you are using a MAC computer system, follow these steps:
- (OS X 10.6 or previous) Click the Finder icon in the dock. Your home folder will be selected. In the right side of the window, click the Library folder to open it. Then open the "Application Support" folder, the "Firefox" folder, the "Crash Reports" folder and finally the "submitted" folder.
(OS X 10.7 or above) Click the Finder icon in the dock. On the menu bar, click the Go menu, hold down the option or alt key and select Library. A window will open containing your Library folder. Then open the "Application Support" folder, the "Firefox" folder, the "Crash Reports" folder and finally the "submitted" folder. - Open the 5 most recent files with a text editor and copy the IDs.
- Paste each ID with bp- into the reply window on the forums.
Thanks in advance!

Same issue under Xubuntu : $ uname -vr 3.11.0-14-generic #21-Ubuntu SMP Tue Nov 12 17:07:40 UTC 2013
It's completely random, never the same webpage. Feel like a JS script get unresponsive, then maybe a minute after everything is frozen, all windows close and Xubuntu give me a crash report window. ( That I submit every time )
I have both windows that are "normal", and some that are "private", maybe 5-10 tabs in each.
Never had this problem before.
shadowmoon522, You should scan your computer for malware using all of the removal tools listed at the end of this article:
It might also help if you could post troubleshooting information.
- Click the Firefox button at the top left, then click the Help menu and select Troubleshooting Information from the submenu. If you don't have a Firefox button, click the Help menu at the top and select Troubleshooting Information from the menu.
Now, a new tab containing your troubleshooting information should open.
- At the top of the page, you should see a button that says "Copy text to clipboard". Click it.
- Now, go back to your forum post and click inside the reply box. Press Ctrl+V to paste all the information you copied into the forum post.

Your list of extensions show both BasicServe and FastFreeConverter; even though they are both disabled, it indicates to me that other malware may still be installed on your system. Ref:
- http://malwaretips.com/blogs/pup-optional-fastfreeconverter-a-virus/
The "PDF Architect Converter" extension is also suspicious, though I can't find much info about it. Also, I see BrowserProtect.dll in your crash reports Modules list, which is also associated with malware.
My suggestion would be to go to the Windows Control Panel Installed programs list and remove any "suspicious" programs (see the malware tips links above for details) Also scan your computer with ALL of the malware removal tools listed in the article, Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware.

Hi Aveira.Noctem
That looks like a problem with the graphics display driver.
Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
