The keyboard shortcuts page says type option+home to go to your homepage, but the MacBook Retina Pro keyboard doesn't have a Home key.
The MacBook Pro Retina keyboard doesn't have a Home key, an End key, a Page Up key or a Page Down key. On your "Keyboard shortcuts" page at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/keyboard-shortcuts-perform-firefox-tasks-quickly, some of the shortcuts depend on those keys. In particular, they shortcut to go to the homepage involves typing the Home key. Is there any homepage shortcut that works on the MacBook Pro Retina?

The key combination to emulate "home" on a Mac is Fn-Left Arrow. So the full keyboard shortcut to go to home page would be Option + Fn-Left Arrow

Try these Key Combinations:
fn-backspace forward delete fn-left arrow home fn-right arrow end fn-up arrow page up fn-down arrow page down
