Recently, e-mail attachments began printing in tiny font, with the entire page squashed into the upper left of the paper. Now the e-mails themselves are printing that way, too. Also, if I try to copy a document with inserts (clip art) onto the e-mail page, the inserts show up as empty boxes. I used to have no trouble with either of these.

Do you have printer settings that have been stored in Thunderbird? http://wiki.gc.maricopa.edu/display/d.../Thunderbird+email+default+printer+settings

This add on might help give control over these things: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thun.../printingtools/

Hope this helps!
