hello, when you're at the about:crashes page and click on a crash report starting with bp- you are directed to a page where more details about the specific report are listed. you could also copy and paste some report ids starting with bp here into a reply on the forum, then we could have a further look at them.

I didn't have any record when I call about:crashes page. I give the following crash data which I copied from crash report screen:

I have nothing on page which is displayed, after I'm typing about:crashes in address bar. I have only this message in popup modal dialog

Hmm, well that doesn't tell us anything or even point to the reason Firefox crashed. Usually, when Firefox crashes, it pulls up the Mozilla Crash Reporter which lets you write what you were doing when it crashed. And you press either "Restart Firefox" or "quit Firefox", both of which submit the crash report to the crash-stats.mozilla.org page and also gets listed in the about:crashes page so we can troubleshoot.

What was the problem that was happening?
