For some time now, whenever I would try to download any kind of file from the web, it wouldn't do anything and it would just show a .part file in the downloads folder. The same type of file (i.e. jpg) would be able to be downloaded from certain sites but not from others. At one point I though it might be an OS problem, but the issue wouldn't be replicated in other browsers (Chrome/Safari) Recently, I tried once more fixing this and by disabling the "Always ask where to save" I was able to download anything from anywhere again, but only to the downloads folder. System: Mac Studio / Apple M2 ultra chip / macOS 14.6.1
