The icon that shows up in the address bar gets pretty annoying & useless to me. It appears when visiting sites like YouTube, & upon clicking it opens a bubble that says "Adobe Flash is enabled on www.youtube.com". Is there a toggle to disable this? I know it has to do with Click-to-Play but I don't know how to turn it off. Thanks.

You will always see a Lego block icon if you visit web pages that uses a plugin to make you aware of this. You can ignore this icon if you already have allowed the plugin on this domain.

Note that there can also be other notification icons appear in this area of the location bar.
