Hi,

when I reply to an e-mail, I like to make my reply in a different coloured font and I reply to each point in the e-mail by, for example, typing my comment in blue underneath the point in question. For some reason that I do not understand the font colour frequently reverts spontaneously to black before I have finished my reply. Is there any way of stopping this from happening until I want to revert to black?

Has no one else had this problem between February and the end of November 2014? Surely there must be a simple answer somewhere?
