You need the Plugin version of Flash for Firefox. The ActiveX version of Flash is for Internet Explorer and the Pepper version is for Google Chrome.

Every time i download it it says "Only a single instance of this program can run." This conundrum i have is thinning my hair and my patience. I expect to go bald in two hours.

I get it i need flash player but whenever i download it, it will say "Only a single instance of this program can run."
