Some extensions have descriptions in other languages. How can I help localize them?

Fore example, CategoryManager has a description and information in German only even when I visit the page while having French as my default language in the browser: https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/thunderbird/addon/categorymanager/?src=api

This depends on the extension (developer).

Some extensions use BabelZilla to allow localizers to add a localized version of the extension, and sometimes they also add the strings for addons.mozilla.org there.

Other extensions can be hosted on github or sourceforge, and you can translate it and make a pull request.

Your best bet it to check the extension's homepage, and if that doesn't help, try to contact the author...
