Unfortunately, you may have a Trovi infection. I haven't seen that on Mac before, but I found an Apple discussion support thread: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6071383
In order to manage plugins and extensions in Firefox, you'll need to get to the Add-ons page. Either:
- Command+Shift+a
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
There are buttons on the left side for Plugins and Extensions, the categories most likely to need attention.
Can you extract it?
