I already have Mozilla Firefox 33.1.1 installed, but I cannot open and use it.
I want to open my original start screen with the Firefox Logo and tags ready to start searches, emails, etc. I do not want to go back to support or any other screen. What is the process?

If I understand you correctly, you want to set your home page back to the default page? In your options dialog:
- Tools (or
) > Options > General
You can change your home page settings back to the default by deleting all of the text in the Home Page text box or by clicking "Restore to Default". Alternatively, you can set it to about:home which would do the same thing.
If you are asking about how to set your home page to the tiles page, you can set your home page to about:newtab
