your replys are thankful but if you dont have the internet to download new firefox, it is connected but get the error "couldnt load xpcom" from firefox and internet explorer dont work either

You can try to open the Mozilla FTP website in Windows Explorer and download the Firefox setup file that way. See "How To Download Firefox On a New Computer Without Using Internet Explorer":
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) in case security software is interfering.
