I'm not seeing system Defaults in Firefox options menu
When I go to Options, then Advanced, the System Defaults category isn't listed in order to make it my default browser.

Menus are Moved to the Top Right Corner

You may not have the permission to make this change.
You can check the browser.shell.checkDefaultBrowser pref on the about:config page.
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
