Try use these preferences:
Incoming
- Protocol: IMAP
- Server: imap.mail.me.com
- Port: 993
- SSL: SSL/TLS
- Authentication: Normal password
Outgoing
- Protocol: SMTP
- Server: smtp.mail.me.com
- Port: 587
- SSL: STARTTLS
- Authentication: Normal password
