lost my calendar when W8 refreshed and updated
I have thunderbird with lightning calendar my windows 8 system wanted to update and refresh after that all email info eg.address book and calendar info is not there please advise

I need some more information to understand your problem better:
- is your calendar missing the events, or do you not have the calendar tab at all?
- do you have your mail accounts and emails, or was it like starting with nothing?
- what version of Thunderbird did you have before the update?
I don't think the Thunderbird profile folder is preserved when doing a Windows refresh. So you'll need to restore a backup. http://blogs.msdn.com/b/b8/archive/2012/01/04/refresh-and-reset-your-pc.aspx
