Firefox simulaneously slow on all my (4) computers since latest update
I only used Firefox for years, but since the latest updates it's slow (in excess of minutes on some of my computers) to open websites like www.hln.be. On my slowest (home) computer it can take up to 8 minutes to open that specific news website. If I use Chrome on the same computer, it opens the page under 5 seconds.
This is the case on all my home and work (1) desktops / (3) notebooks since the latest Firefox updates. On one computer I reset filrefox completely, removed all addins: no improvement. That computer is 8-core and still needs ~30s to open hln.be If I use Chrome on the same computer / website, it opens much faster (seconds as it used to be before). My patience is about gone and than I switch one-way to Chrome.

Chrome displays that website faster, but takes almost 8 minutes to complete loading it as well.
I did some research, and the issue is to do with some advertisements on the page which take a long time to load. Using an advertisement blocking extension, like uBlock, allows this page to load in 8 seconds instead of 8 minutes (in my tests). You can get uBlock here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock/
