rfc-clueless.org is blocking emails from qsi-s3.de. I do not want this.

Thunderbird has no mechanism for blocking emails. Any email that Thunderbird downloads has to make it into the Inbox on your providers server. I suggest you address this with your provider.
The returned message to the sender should have an error included with it that says why this is being blocked. it is usually because the sender or their provider is on a spam blacklist.
