I open Firefox, login to Netflix, click on my profile photo, click on the show/movie I wish to watch and then the browser just vanished on me. When I open the browser again...

"Well, this is embarrassing.

Firefox is having trouble recovering your windows and tabs. This is usually caused by a recently opened web page.

You can try:

•Removing one or more tabs that you think may be causing the problem
•Starting an entirely new browsing session"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
