I spoke to Paypal as I can't make a payment using my credit card, it used to be on there but now it's gone, leaving just my debit card details. Obviously I need to use the credit card. They say it's a Firefox problem, and asked me to use another browser to see if it come up that way. I'm useless with technology and wouldn't know where to start.

Hi schunt1, I understand that paypal is saying that something is going wrong when using Firefox to make a payment. If this is happening with other cards it may as well be compatibility issue. Alas, I am happy to provide steps on how to add another card back to the paypal profile in Firefox. (since it is no longer there, but you will need the card)

These are the instructions that they provide on their support site:

Make sure that you have confirmed the code:(Is this where its having issues?)

If everything is set up correctly, please make sure that there are no add ons or corrupt cache that could be messing with the functionality of the site. Try Firefox Safe Mode: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode

Are there any error messages when you try to add the card? In order to better assist you with your issue please provide us with a screenshot. If you need help to create a screenshot, please see How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box. This will help us to visualize the problem.

Thank you!
