After last update (39.0) Firefox does not accept ANY signal from the keyboard

I can e.g. read my e-mail but not write anything. Or write a http-address.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Have you tried an "on screen" keyboard?

Check the wiring?
