Sometime when I send email I get a pop up that says can't send to sent messages other times it may take several minutes to send to sent messages h. How do I fix

Sometimes when I send an email I get a pop up that says can not send to sent folder and I have to delete message and redo. Other times it may take several minutes for the pop up which say sending to sent folder to complete the sending process and at other time it works fine. How can I fix?

POP or IMAP?

This is important because in a POP-connected account the Sent folder will be local and you have a local problem.

If it's IMAP then your Sent folder may be on the mail server and the message may be telling us that the server or the network is too busy.
