ff doesn't remember window size after restart
If i drag the bottom of ff down to the edge of the screen, so it fills the entire space from top to bottom. After restart it'll leave a gap at the bottom and i'll have to manually drag it down again.

You may have a corrupt xulstore.json file. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/changes-toolbars-and-window-sizes-are-not-saved
You sure about that? As it's only the vertical size.
The file will be restored when you start Firefox.
I guess resetting ff sort of helped, but there's still a gap.

- Make sure that you do not exceed the maximum size of 1 MB
Try to create a new desktop shortcut.
The gap in the picture is larger than normal, but did that so it would be easier to understand what i was talking about.
Ok, guess this forum doesn't support that kinda stuff. That was supposed to be a thumbnail with link to full size when clicked upon.
Have you tried to grab a bottom corner and pull it down?
As mentioned in the op, i have to do that every time i start the program.
Do you run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode (Never remember history)?

No i do not. But i do use the function now and then.
