Cannot view incoming email of days when I was not logged in. The same email account is accessed by several computers; via some of them you can see all the emails, but others exclude incoming mail of days when you didn't log in through them.
The mail is not deleted, you can see it from the other computers. No filters have been applied.
How can I get to see all the incoming mail?

Sounds like you are using an imap mail account.
Imap mail accounts show a remote view of the server folders. You subscribe to see server folders. You need to be logged onto server to be able to interact with server. Headers are downloaded and when you select to read an email, the full message is downloaded from the server and stored in a temporary cache to enable viewing of email. It is not stored in your Thunderbird mail account. You need to have internet connectivity and Thunderbird must be in 'online' mode. You cannot read emails if not connected as the emails are stored on the server.
However, you can synchronise your subscribed folders and when you logon to server, a copy of the folders is downloaded and stored in your Thunderbird mail account. These folders are constantly being synchronised if in online mode and logged onto server. So if you delete an email in Thunderbird or via webmail, that email is deleted from server and also Thunderbird.
As these synchronised folders have a copy stored in Thunderbird mail account, you can read those previously downloaded emails even when not logged in or in offline mode. But you will not be able to see new mail on server nor update synchronised folders until you logon to server in online mode.
So, I would guess that perhaps you do not synchronise your subscribed folders. Here is a link explaining how to synchronise folders.
I am using POP mail server.
When there's no internet connection, I don't receive any messages, of course. The problem is that I don't receive SOME of the previous emails after I log in online again. Previous emails of the current day appear, but not of other days.
The situation: I leave work on Friday, and next check Thunderbird on Monday. Emails received on Monday appear on my computer, but those received during the weekend - do not. Yet I know they exist because my colleagues see them.
As for synchronization - no "Synchronization and Storage" page appears in the Account Settings dialog (Tools - Account Settings). Perhaps it's because that works only with IMAP.
Generally, if you have more than one person accessing a server and using POP to download emails, then all the pop mail accounts must be set to 'Leave message on server'. This is not set as default as it is generally considered pop mail accounts download and delete off server. The server is not used as a storage of emails. You would need to check that all people accessing that server account using pop must make sure they set 'Leave message on server'. So check that first.
Tools > Account Settings > Server Settings for pop mail account select 'Leave message on server' click on OK
If this is not selected in pop mail account, then the email will be removed from the server by the first person accessing and downloading. So a second person will not be able to download something that does not exist on server.
However, some webmail accounts like gmail, might allow only one pop download and there is often an option you have to select in order to redownload anything up to 30 days old.
So, if someone else did a pop download before you, they will see the emails in their pop mail account. Anyone accessing webmail or using IMAP will also be able to see those emails assuming that the pop mail account did have the option to 'Leave messages on server' selected.
Downloading to a pop is only allowed once unless you alter the instructions...see info at link below example for gmail: section :How do I download mail to multiple POP clients

However, all the people who access the email are using POP and have selected "Leave messages on server". The link also does not solve my problem, as the suggestion is basically the same.

When you say 'all the people who access the email are using POP', how many people are you talking about?

What I need to know is this: Using your computer, Logon to the webmail account via a browser, are the emails on the server?
Is it a gmail account ?
