I couldn`t open google or youtube through any browser
I tried to clear cache, changing proxy to no proxy or automatic & disable IPv6 but it didn`t fix any thing

Hello and very sorry to hear about this.
Could you try to access these sites through a different Internet connection say school, cafe or anywhere else. If you can then it's got to do with your Internet Service Provider
