Can't make my reply to emails to start 'above the quote'!
Hi, I have set (and repeatedly reset) my reply emails (both answer and signature) to start 'above the quote' in the section 'Composition and Addressing'. However, every time I write a reply, the cursor for writing keeps appearing BELOW the quote.
How can I correct this problem?

Sadly I have tried the steps you have suggested over and over and the problem persists. Can't help feeling I must have some kind of bug in there. What should I do next?
