I need to reinstall Firefox and can't remember password or if I had a user name other than email address.

I lost Firefox when I deleted something on the bar and need to reinstall. Someone else had installed Firefox for me and he doesn't remember any information he used. Basically I need to start over, I guess. I'm 75 years old and not computer smart!!

Are you talking about the password for this site?
